this is a hardly used Van DE S tadt ETAP 22 currently lying on its own hardly used Galvanised 4 wheel trailer i Sunny Costa del Sol Spain Its was built in 1981 and appears to have hardly been used at all but has 30 miles on the speed gague it hasnt been in the water for more than 10 years while in Spain and the hull hasnt even any scratches on the origonal gel coat its complete with a aluminium mast and boom with stainless steel rigging with a main sail but no jib interior has a proper sea toilet and small sink and gas hob also 4 berths with tartan covers on them and she is unsinkable as its foam filled under the sides and bunks . there is a well aft to fit a outboard motor which I also have a Johnson 6hp available extra Interior is in good condition and almost ready to go the boat only needs the running rigging and small blocks .It also has a anchor and chain and 6 deck winches . there is a wind down 550kg cast iron keel to improve the sailing ability but which also allows the boat to go in shallow water when its lifted up with its own winding handle also has new spray dodger Ideal as a small LIVEABOARD in a Spanish marina and can be moved to any where on the trailer when you need a change of scenery or winter layup TRAILER SAILER also has new spray dodger
