The saloon has had the seats widened, thicker foam and new upholstery, bunk for one person. Teak sole refurbished and re-varnished. Storage under seats. Helm station. Extendable teak veneer dining table. Window blinds.
Original galley cupboards replaced/overhauled, single drainer SS sink, worktop, drawers and cupboards. SMEV/Dometic gimbled (but now fixed) oven with 3 ring hob with flame fail. 230VAC fridge. Larder unit. Extractor fan.

POWER AND OTHER SERVICES
Batteries (SLA) - 2 service, 2 engine batteries (170AH) and a manually switched 1000W ‘Intelligent’ inverter. 12V DC and 230VAC system charged by engine alternators and Victron ‘Centaur’ 20A battery charger. Shore power cable.
Fuel tanks replaced 2013 with new SS centreline tanks x 3 - Capacity approx 480L
New 40L HW Calorifier fitted 2012.

Mast with radar antenna, Triball radar reflector and TV Antenna (Sea Track). CQR plough main anchor, chain and warp. Min of 8 F5 fenders, 2 x ball fenders, warps, boat hook, Spare Danforth anchor and warp. Davits for tender.
All decking is teak planking. The after deck is very large with space to dine, fully covered by new canvas bimini, sides and SS frame (2013). Steps up to 4m x 3m Bridge Deck. Decking recently sealed with GRP and painted. Complete with seating and storage. Helm station with GPS radio Commander. Canvas cover for complete bridge deck, integral to aft bimini. Foredeck has an S-Lectric anchor winch and gypsy (currently playing up a bit!). Locker with power with washing machine and free standing freezer, both 230V. Vertical ladder down to bathing platform aft with rescue ladder. Loose chairs & table. Arimar dinghy tender. (Honda 5hp outboard not included but available by negotiation).
Radar (Raymarine Pathfinder SL70), Sestral compass, (2011) Standard Horizon CP500 AIS wide-screen 3d chart plotter with mega wide charts for UK and 2011 charts for Med. Standard Horizon VHF DSC GX2100 radio with AIS receiver linked to plotter. Humming Bird 778C Fish finder, Cetrec Log, depth & autopliot instruments (old and needs re calibrating), radio/cd. On Flybridge: VHF Remote Commander SHRAM3, Cetrec Autopilot with an unreliable multi-display.
2 x Ford Lehman 6 cyl 120hp (hours low for age). Borg Warner ‘Whisper Drive’ Hydraulic gearboxes. Conventional A & P brackets, bronze 22” propellers. Port engine has had a new crankshaft seal 2014, water pump pipes and impellor replaced, fuel filters changed 2016. Stbd fuel filters done but water pump impellor needs changing, all held. Engine oils were tested and analysed in 2012 with report retained. Cruises at around 7 knots (1700 revs) with a top speed of 9kts. Fuel consumption around 3 gal per hour at cruising speed. RACOR fuel pre-filters fitted.
May 2017 haul out:
Steering gear checked and tightened. Earth bonding checked and overhauled. Engine room electrics tidied up. General all-round maintenance. 3 coats International anti-foul paint.
Work in progress / things that need doing:
The engine space needs some tidying and engine paint touched up. Electrics all working but not pretty in places! The teak decking is showing signs of age with some re-caulking required. I have started this and is ongoing. The white paintwork on the superstructure is currently being refreshed. Currently considering the fitting of a waste holding tank with ample room to install near to discharge seacock.
