Beneteau 473 Clipper One owner since new. This superb example of the highly successful 473 was bought by the present and only owner in 2002. She has never been chartered and has been the subject to constant maintenance and upgrades. The yacht is now berthed in the stunning Marina Rubicon in Lanzarote. In 2010 she returned to UK for a substantial refit which included and was not limited to a new engine, new standing rigging, all seacocks replaced, new navigation and epoxied below the waterline. The layout is the 3 cabin, 3 heads version which has the linear galley that gives the feeling of a much larger saloon. The original gas cooker has been removed and replaced with an electric hob and combination oven that can operate from shore power, inverter or generator. The original gas system remains should it be required in the future. The third head has been converted into a utility room with a automatic washing machine and ice maker, again this could easily return to its former use.
