The interior walls throughout are of hand rubbed teak with extensive cherry tree trimmings, and the floors are carpeted by Wilton.
All tabletops are Birdseye Maple with cherry tree trimmings. Large sofa in royal blue with coordinating curtains in cream.

MAIN SALOON
The main helm is in front with navigation table and electrical panels to port and a small sitting group for four to starboard. Aft of this sitting area is a round dining table with chair for eight persons. Still further aft is a large sitting group with a U-shaped sofa and coffee table. On the port side aft of the navigation table and locker is a stainless steel framed door leading out to the main deck. Further aft is an entertainment area including a 29' Sony TV, stereo amplifier, VCR, CD and cassette player. A bar with a Norcold EV 251 fridge and Raritan icemaker. Two large stainless steel framed sliding doors in the rear end of this area lead to the aft main deck. All seating in the guest areas are covered in Royal Blue with a slight gold design.
CREW QUARTERS
Two cabins located aft of the engine room for three crew with shared Headhunter vacuum head, and access through stairs from main saloon and swim platform.
FLYBRIDGE
A large seating area with stereo speakers, wet bar containing storage, Norcold EV 251 refrigerator, Rathitan icemaker and a Miele KM88 electric BBQ is located under a large bimini in the center of the flybridge.

CANTILENA was built for her present owners. They cruised from Canada south to the Caribbean and later across to Europe. In 2001 the yacht was imported at the Azores and EU tax (VAT / IVA) was paid. During the subsequent years CANTILENA has been based mainly in Spain and used for family cruising. The owners have kept the boat meticulously. In 2006 the yacht had a complete refit of her spars and rigging. She also got a new genoa and new jib. In 2010 the yacht has enjoyed a complete hull repaint and further upgrades including a new mainsail (refit details below).
CANTILENA is a superb ocean / blue water cruising yacht. She is easily handled by a couple and yet with plenty of space and storage for a full family and guests to sail happily. The owner stateroom is aft with an island bed and ensuite head / shower area. Forward of the saloon is a good twin cabin with upper and lower beds and forward is a double berth “VIP” guest cabin.
You have the benefit of a sheltered helm in the pilothouse for bad weather but a good outside cockpit area to enjoy as well. The yacht is fully equipped and ready to be enjoyed by new owners. |
